Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Sinusitis

Question: Hi I have a dry crusty white scabbing around and inside and out side of my nose with a yellow scab under nostril I also have yellow scabs under both eye brows my chin and on neck under my chin as well they are like a boil type scab filled with something how do I get rid of them thanks.

I would like to know is there history of exposure?
Had you suffered from herpes labialis in the past?
Does those lesions hurt?

Hi doc no I have not had herpes before nor have I had any exposure or history of having them. No they don't hurt and never have they started as small pimple like things and progressed to bigger scabs they are itchy now and only under my facial hair it's been eight days since Ive had them they seem to be drying out and scabbing I have been taking nuerofen whitch contains ibuprofen.

Welcome..
As suggested earlier it looks like folliculitis.
So I would suggest you to wash your face with cool water and with mild soap like dermadew. Tap it dry and apply Antibacterial ointment like neosporin to it thrice daily. Avoid touching or scratching it. If it itches you can take oral antihistamine drug like cetirizine 10 mg at night for 5 days. With this measures you should be fine..
