Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing may be related to cardiac arrhythmia and palpitations. It's a well known fact that abdominal gas is associated with tachycardia and palpitations which may percepted as prefainting signs.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptom:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Holter monitoring
- Abdominal ultrasound

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
