Suggest Treatment For Tear On Foreskin Of Penis

Question: my penis foreskin joint with head got tear off last night. then bleeding started and I clean it by cotton and applied antiseptic ointment over there. today morning I have not tried to look over there but I feel slight stinging sensation. I do not have problem during urine and seem that bleeding got stopped. what should I do next. I have blood sugar of FBS- 120 mg/dl and RBS- 180 mg/dl. should I take any antibiotic medicine? kindly help me.

As the bleeding has stopped there is no cause for concern.
Local application of antibiotic ointment like Framycetin is sufficient. Oral antibiotic are not indicated.
