Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
The lesions on vulva are best diagnosed when examined physically by a doctor first.
It would be very helpful for me if you could upload the picture of the lump and give the following details.
Since how long you are having this lump?
Any changes in size of lump?
Do you have vaginal discharge also?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks.

I've had this lump for about a few months but recently began really bothering me as well as growing in size. No vaginal discharge, and I'm 55 yo amd in menopause. Thank you.
Brief Answer:
Folliculitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Sorry for late response.
I have seen the pictures. I think this is folliculitis.
You can apply neomycin ointment daily till it resolves. Take ibuprofen to relieve pain and inflammation.
Keep the area dry and clean.
Do not shave with a razor till it resolves.
Rub slowly only if there is intense itching. otherwise, avoid rubbing and scratching.
It should resolve in 3-5 days.
If it persists, please consult your Gynec.
Thanks.
