Suggest Treatment For Tender Indentation On Skull Post Mild Head Injury
Question: Hi got hit in the top of my head with a baseball started to bleed with very little open skin that has scabed up and healed now but it feels like you dent like a crack in my skull that hurts and it feels soft like a long cracked inward dent I don't think I have any signs of concussion is this dangerous do I have a cracked skull it was just indentation in the tissue in my head what is it Will it heal is it necessary for me to go to the hospital I really don't want to I feel fine just worried because it seems like there is a crack in my skull when touch it what are the possibilities that this time and also what are the possibilities that this is an also what are the dangers

Invard dent on skull after hitting head that is tender and cracks to touch. could be a fracture of the outer layer of the skull (or outer layer of diplloe).
Since you didn't experienced loss of consciousness, nausea or vomiting, moderate to severe headache and dizziness, difficulty interacting, there is no need to rush to hospital.
If it is a fracture of skull, but no neurologic symptoms, chances of being something serious are very low.
In my opinion, you can wait and see, if you will develop any of above mentioned symptoms, you should be present at a medical facility, if not symptoms at all after 24-48 hours, you have nothing to worry about.
