Brief Answer:
It is may be hematoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you got injury to your cheek and mostly you got hematoma. If you have no fever, then no need to worry much. Hematoma gradually resolved by itself.Thrombophob gel local application three times a day over it(no rubbing) can help in resolving it. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. It is unlikely that you have bony injury but you get x ray to rule out bony injury. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health.
Take care.
