Brief Answer:
Nerve root compression likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain that you have is likely to be due to nerve root compression at the level of cervical spine due to slipped discs. It is best to get an MRI scan of the cervical spine done to find out the extent of nerve root compression. Oral muscle relaxants, methylcobalamin and cervical traction can help in this pain by reducing the pressure on the nerves. Do consult your orthopedician for proper prescription medicines.
I hope this answers your query.
