Hello Dear!

Welcome back on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is safe to take Tylenol in this clinical situation. So, you should take it.

I agree with you on the fact that it is a tension headache, probably related to the physical exertion during the stress test.

But, I would also recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values. High blood pressure can mimic this type of headache.

Anyway, Tylenol does not affect blood pressure values. So, you can take it.

And please don't forget to upload your performed test reports when you will be able to.

I would like to directly review them for a more professional opinion.

I remain at your disposal whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Thank you for the additional information!

Yes, you are right!

It is just tension headache!

In such case Tylenol will be helpful! Ibuprofen would be another safe option if Tylenol does not improve your situation.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing all the best,

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello again!

I carefully reviewed your echo reportsand would explain that they show nothing abnormal:

- Your cardiac ultrasound shows a normal cardiac function and strucuture
- Your Doppler ultrasound of lower and upper limbs shows a normal blood flow in the limb vessels.

So, to conclude all the cardio-vascular causes have been excluded in your clinical situation.

There is nothing to worry about!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
