Question: What is
Thickened cystic endometrium of 12.8 mm not vascular.
Bilateral ovarian cyst with a solid mural nodule on cyst from right ovary .
CA 125 test

This is the letter i received , can you put it in lamens terms please ?

Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You have a thickened endometrium in the uterus which has a less blood supply and is not likely to cause an excessive bleeding.
Both the ovaries show cysts and the blood test of CA 125 has been suggested to rule out any malignancy.
There is nothing worrisome. Just go for the blood test and have a follow up ultrasound scan after 6 weeks to see the progress of cysts.
