Brief Answer:
Appears allergic cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

I would like to tell you that people can have a small amount of coughing in morning due to secretions pool in the throat and lungs. If you feel chronic cough then it could be due to nasal allergies, allergic rhinitis or chronic sinus congestion. You can visit a ENT specialist who can prescribe antihistamines or nasal steroid sprays. If no relief then it could be possible asthma, heartburn or acid reflux. Maintain oral hygiene by proper bushing twice daily. Use chlorhexidine gargle in morning and bedtime. Get oral swab collection and examination for bacterial and fungal elements.

Take care
Hope I answered your query.
