Brief Answer:
tingling and numbness

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

As per your history tingling and numbness sensation can be due to various causes among then sometimes it happens due to vitamin B-12 deficit and treatment is dietary or injectable medications every 15 th day.sometimes it is due to herniated disk, the main sign of it is —
a)if your herniated disk is in your lower back you may feel pain in your buttock, thigh, and calf as well as your foot.
If your herniated disk in your neck the pain will typically be most intense in the shoulder and arm
b)every person who have a herniated disk may experience numbness and tingling in the body part served by the affected nerves.
c)muscles served by the affected nerves tend to weaken. This may cause you to stumble or impair your ability to lift or hold items.

So as detailed has not been provided so you may be evaluated by your neurologist physically and to know current status of your spine you can do an MRI scan.so after physiotherapy if you have problem of tingling or weakness then discuss with your doctor for any surgical options only.

Finally, I may say this is neuropathy

hope that helps
