This seems to be related with the various changes that occur during menstruation and it is not uncommon for women to report such symptoms during menses. All women experience some unexplained symptom sod no significance at least once during their menstrual lifetime.
In all, there is no reason to get concerned at this time. This would most likely get resolved as the menses stop.
