Question : I have been having a tingly, almost chilly, feeling in my upper chest, lower throat area. All I can say is that it is a "funny" feeling just because I am quite aware of it. I am currently wearing a Xio monitor for 1 more week as I've been seen by a cardiologist for PVCs and mid-day tachycardia, increased blood pressure. It's a sensitive feeling like I should cough, but I don't really have to, so I don't.

Having gone through your query, I am of the opinion that your symptoms do not point towards anything of serious nature. In your medical history also you have not mentioned any illness of any significance. The tingly, chilly feeling could be because of the xio monitor you are wearing and you are aware of it. I am sure it will pass as you take off the monitor after a week. Till then i suppose you have to bear with it.
