Question: i was out last friday in a very cold wind at the seaside i noticed yesterday when my daughter rang me everything seemed to echo and i have that echo now when i speak and fullness in my ear no paim

There are several things that could be going on. It could be an infection. Sometimes adults do not always have pain with ear infections. Also it could be fluid behind the eardrum. The only way to really sort this out is to see your doctor. They can look at your eardrum and see what is going on then prescribe the appropriate treatment. Until you can see your doctor, try some warm compresses to the ear. Taking an antihistamine or decongestant may also be helpful in clearing this up.
