Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concerns. Severe ringing in ears with history of tinnitus worsened from one week with headache is tinnitus flare and likely exacerbated by some medication, ear wax blockage, age related hearing loss, blood pressure issues, loud noise exposure etc.

Get in touch with your doctor as treating underlying cause for tinnitus is mandatory here. Rest use of masking devices, hearing aids, noise cancellation devices, tinnitus retraining programs , TCA antidepressants like amitriptyline and xanax will help the symptoms. Use gingko biloba, vitamin B complex and zinc supplements have shown benefits too. Use acupuncture and hypnosis technique as well . Consult an otorhinolaryngologist and let them decide what is best for you.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
