Inflammatory lesion, treatment suggested

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query on hcm.
I have gone through the attached photographs.
I have deduced that this is an inflammatory lesion, mainly due to bacterial infection.
She may apply mupirocin ointment on the affected area thrice a day. You may continue this for 5 days
Maintain adequate personal hygiene.
For the pain, she may take tablet Ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day after food for 3 days.
These drugs are available over the counter.

Observe the response closely. If it worsens or if there is any change in colour, size, shape or if it bleeds, you need to consult your dermatologist immediately.
I wish you all the best.
If have you have any further doubts/ clarifications, please get back to me.
