Suggest Treatment For Tiny White Spots On Nose In A Child

Question: I have question about my 3 years old son. He has a presistant tiny white spot on his nose.. looks like pimple but it is hard. It is small, white and doesn't cause any problems. Still it has been there over a year. Is it milia or something else and can it be dangerous?
Second question- he complains a tummy ache about 3 weeks now... many times a day but same time is active and playful like always. He does not cry just repeates it during a day.. sometimes he says he is hungry but sometimes he just ate. He does poop every day, sometimes twice a day and the poop looks mostly normal.
Should I be concerned.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. The most likely reason for the skin lesion on your kid's nose is milium cyst. It's a self resolving condition in most cases which may take months to resolve at times. Its due to trapped keratin below the skin. Avoid repeated friction and trauma.
Recurrent abdominal pain in toddlers especially in navel area are usually due to worm infestations. You may give him 2 doses of Syp. Albendazole (400mg on day 1 and 14) for treatment. Ensure healthy diet and plenty of fluids daily.
Hopefully it will help.
Take care
