Hello and welcome,
Is your dizziness a feeling of light headedness, especially when rising from reclining to upright? Or is the room spinning?
Are you having any other symptoms: sweating, chest pressure, facial droop, difficulty talking, arm weakness?
Do you take any medications, have any chronic health problems?
Information to follow after I hear back from you.

This may be a side effect of the calcium channel blocker you are taking, but I am concerned of possible cardiovascular problems going on as this is atypical for you. I think, since it is unusual for you, and the symptoms have not gone away, that you should go in to the ER. There they can do heart monitoring, check your electrolytes, and if indicated, do a brain scan.
If you had said the room was spinning dizziness, I would tell you about positional vertigo and what you can do about it. But what you are describing is not vertigo.
So I think it would be a good idea to go in and get checked out.
