Brief Answer:
seems like Initial caries , go for clinical examination and treatment .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for consulting Healthcaremagic.
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query .

I have read your query and gone through the images you have attached . As far as I have noticed it seems like Initial occlusal caries due to deposition of food debris. Dont be worried so much it is not decayed . I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for clinical examination and evaluation. If on clinical examination probing of wisdom tooth reveals cavity then go for treatment restoration of tooth and scaling .
Inmeantime I will suggest you to Maintain good oral hygiene . Use chlorhexidine Mouthwash regularly . Brush your teeth twice daily using soft bristle toothbrush . Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day.

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
