Question: a daibate20 yrs .pain and sensations starting in glabilla spreading to eyes , nose, face causing severe sleeplessness always awake dreaming for last 6 years, mri reveals nothing no sinus detected. extreemly restless and brethlessness sometime in nights fearing death aged 73 yrs male . email YYYY@YYYY

Brief Answer: Suggestive of neuropathic pain. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for posting your query. I have noted your symptoms. These are suggestive of neuropathic pain-of nerve origin. In this location, it is usually related to trigeminal nerve dysfunction. Normal MRI brain is a good news. Good medications for pain relief in your case could be either pregabalin capsules or carbamazepine tablets.
