Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
The erections are controlled in men by the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system. This depends on a system of feedback mechanism. When you see porn, your brain is flooded with sexual thoughts and this leads to positive feedback and erection. When there is no sexual image, the brain does not receive signals and there is negative feedback and the erection is lost. This is normal behavior in men.
Please do not worry and you are normal.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Brief Answer:
Both are the same
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
It is the same mechanisms at work during intercourse and it also depends on your partner. Before reaching full erection, positive thoughts start accumulating and then you get orgasm. That is the reward, then there is negative feedback and the penis erection is lost. This is a refractory period and after some rest the penis will again get erect if signals from brain cause neurochemicals to release.
Hope your query is answered.

Brief Answer:
Due to excitement and normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
If you are getting sexual thoughts and that is followed by some drops of semen in your urine then its perfectly normal. It is again due to sexual excitement and since sperm and urinary passage is common, there is mixing of both.
Hope your query is answered.
