Suggest Treatment For Uncontrolled Diabetes
Question: I am a type 2 diabetic, has been for several years. My diabetes was out of control. Because of my job I missed appointments(not all in a row). I was dropped from the doctors's office and could not get a refill on my insulin. I have lost several pounds and I want/need to get back on my insulin. I don't know what to do about a doctor. I have insurance.

-Fasting and postprandial glucose level
-HbA1c level
-Renal and liver function tests (AST,ALT,GGT,Urea and Creatinine)
Please specify if you have chronic side effects of Diabetes; Retinopathy, cardiac problems, high lipid profile ect.
