Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Bloating And Pain
As mention below
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
1. Small bowel adhesion:
CT scan report: there is minimal small bowel adhesion with anterior abdominal wall.
It is mostly occur in history of repeated abdominal surgery.
If there are no symptoms, then no treatment is required for adhesion.
But in future it cause small bowel obstruction.
If you will develop obstruction symptoms (abdominal pain, vomiting, bloating), then immediate consult the surgeon.
Treatment will depend on the presence of obstruction symptoms.
Surgery should be required for complete obstruction.
2. Adenomyosis of uterus:
Treatment of adenomyosis depends on the symptoms and its severity.
Most common symptoms are painful and/or profuse menses, pain during sexual intercourse, and chronic pelvic pain.
Mild symptoms should be treated by medicine like:
cyclical progesterone therapy:It should be taken for 10 days in each menstrual cycle (15th to 25th day of cycle).
Pain should be treated by ibuprufen.
DO not take heavy meal.
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal.
Take more liquid diet.
Do mild exercise like walking and yoga.
Avoid excessive exertion.
Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if you have further question.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
