I am taking doxycycline hyclate 2x per day(100mg)

These symptoms resemble more of a pain related to a viral infection. The drug is not known to cause such pains. I will recommend tylenol in addition for symptoms relief. Also, healthy diets, increased fluids and fruits intake as well as regular exercise would all be nice in helping you recover faster.
