Suggest Treatment For Ureteral Stones
Will require surgical removal of stone
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms
There is a stone impacted in the lower end of ureter (urine tube carrying from kidney to the urinary bladder where it is stored). This stone has caused obstruction severe enough - the urine which is formed in right ureter is unable to empty into the bladder . This causes rise in pressure above the obstruction causing accumulation of urine in kidney causing Hydronephrosis(enlargement of kidney XXXXXXX to accumulation of urine).
If the pain has been present for quite a long time , it will require removal of stone. It's advisable to get Urteroscopy done for stone removal followed by insertion of double J Stent to help in drainage of Urine. I would suggest you to consult Urologist for further management.
In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take care
Best Regards
