My father was on Ceftum 500 BD for 10 days,
he has not undergone urine culture and sensitivity and neither he is experiencing dribbling nor his undergarments soils.
Please do culture and sensitivity of the urine

Possibility of stone and infection is likely...
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,
It is likely that at this time also there is a stone in the kidney, which is causing a infection. This stone also contributes to the RBC and pus cells.
It is advised to do ultrasonography of KUB (Kidney Ureter and Bladder) for detailed information for stone and other morphological abnormality if present.
Culture and Sensitivity will helps in combating the infection with antibiotic resistant organisms.
