Brief Answer:
Prolapse.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The presence of soft egg like thing coming out of vagina on coughing or straining or increasing abdominal pressure is likely to be a bladder prolapse or a uterine prolapse causing stretch of bladder pillars and or uterosacral ligaments causing lower abdominal pain. These can be surgically corrected. Please visit your gynecologist for a local examination and detailed evaluation for differentiation between cystocele, uterine prolapse or rectocele and accordingly surgical advise can be offered by the gynecologist.
