The common reasons for itchy and irritated vagina at your age are fungal infection and atrophic vaginitis ( thinning of vaginal mucosa due to estrogen deficiency).

The other reasons are allergy, lichen sclerosis etc.
It is not UTI.
Consult gynecologist for examination so that you receive appropriate treatment.
