Question: Hi Doctor,

I'm still experiencing vertigo from the drink I was given, as you suggested, Rohypnol. I'm seeing a neurologist who has prescribed me Meclizine and given me exercises to do at home, she said, to remove "crystals" built up in my inner ear. Thanks for you l your help so far. Is there anything else you would suggest I do?

Brief Answer:
cawthorne head exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since you are still experiencing vertigo from Rohypnol i will advise you to do cawthorne head exercises or vestibular rehabilitation habituation exercises with your doctors advise which are a series of eye and head movements which lead to decreased sensitivity of the nerves within the inner ear and subsequent improvement of vertigo. Your doctor was right.

I will also advise you to take benzodiazepine medications like diazepam with your doctors advise.
