Question: I had diarrhea the morn of 1-15-15. Then on the 16, 17, 18, I had chills, 102 degree temp. I still have diarrhea today. I took Tamiflu beginning on the 16th. After 5 Tamiflu doses I began having side effects of shortness of breath, skin discoloration, dreams and stomach cramps. I discontinued taking tamiflu on 1-18. I began taking Imodium on 1-16 thru today 1-19. The diarrhea subsided sometime early this morning but since has continued.

Thanks for the query.
Your symptoms clearly suggest that you had viral diarrhoea for which treatment is hydration and symptomatic treatment.
Such type of diarrhoea take 4-6 days to become all right.
Keep taking lots of fluids including plain water,ORS,lemon water,coconut water etc.
Since it is already 5 days from the beginning of your problems,they are on the verge of subsiding.There is no need to give any antibiotics for such type of viral infections.
You did perfectly right by hydrating yourself well and taking immodium and discontinuing TAMIFLU.
