Brief Answer:
Can you provide an image of these red spots for review!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about what your son has been experiencing. I have reviewed the information fully and this is suggestive of a possible viral infection of the digestive tract. These symptoms are typical. Treatment often requires replacing the fluids and controlling for pains and fevers with tylenol. Because he has no pains/fever, there is really no need for that at this time. With no more vomiting/watery stools, there would be no need for a significant increase in the amount of fluids required for drinking.

I will like to review an image of these spots on the legs and arms. They would most likely be related to the infection and do not require any specific management. They often resolve spontaneously within 5-7days unless something else comes up.

In all, I will suggest that you upload an image for further review and insights. Preliminary review suggests that these symptoms are probably caused by a virus of the digestive tract and requires no specific management. However, keep an eye on them and report any changes for further review and recommendations.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish your son well. Thank you so much for using ours services and feel free to request for more information, precision or clarifications if need be. Thanks so much for using our services.
