Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Fever And Diarrhea

Gastroenteritis...
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.
The symptoms that you describe (puke, fever, diarrhea) correlates with gastroenteritis.
I know that you had your flue shot this year. (flueshot protects us from a certan type of viruses, not all of them)
Gastroenteritis is infection of our gastrointenstinal tract (stomach, intestines) by bacteria or virus. This condition usually needs around 4 to 5 days to heal.
Here are some advice to help your body.
-have plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration. It is very important to take fluids to replace the ones that you lose with the diarrhea.
-paracetamol 500 mg for pain or the fever
-soup ,rice or pasta
-oral rehydration solutions (OHS), such as Pedialyte. These will replace the electrolites and don't need a prescription.
-sports drink
-have a lot of rest
The symptoms should go away in a couple of days. But if you have fever over 38 Celcius, bloody diarrhea, symproms don't go away in a couple of days, you can't drink any fluids than it is time to check up with your physician.
Remember gastroenteritis can be spread easily. So make sure to avoid contact with a lot of people and wash your hands often.
If you have any other question, don't hesitate to ask me.
Wishing you good health
