Hello,
1) He might have bacterial intestinal infection due to which intestinal movement has increased, this is responsible for green diarrhea.
2) he must do stool routine and culture examination, routine blood tests for infection.
3) If intestinal infection is present then appropriate antibiotics must be started. He can take anti-colic group of medication (Tab. Spasmoproxyvon) for colicky type abdominal pain. He should drink adequate water, juices to prevent dehydration.
4) If frequency of stool and vomiting is severe then it is advisable to hospitalize him for injection therapy and IV fluids.
