Suggest Treatment For Wheezing In A Child

My 13 month old toddler is currently wheezing. I gave her 2.5ml of aeroflux containing salbutamol. The wheezing has not subsided after 20mins. I also gave her doses of 2.5ml for 3 times a day for the last two days. Should I increase the doses to 5ml 3 times a day?
A day ago I switched to a milk based formula since I was unable to find the lactose free milk.
Background, we a visiting family in the US for the Christmas and New Years. We have done a few outdoor trips but she was well cloaked up so I don't know if this and milk change made the problem worse.
I also gave her Amoxil since she was bringing up green cold when she sneezed. I got all medication from her doctor before I left to come to the states on vacaction.
Yes, you can increase the dose to 5 ml three times a day.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, she is having mostly allergic bronchitis.
Salbutamol is short acting beta 2 agonist. It's action lasts for only 2 hours.
So frequent dosing is required. In place of Salbutamol, you should give her long acting inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol) and Inhaled bronchodilators (budesonide or fluticasone).
Only twice daily dosing is required because their actions last for 10-12 years.
Give these for 5 days. If she is not improving then consult pediatrician and get done clinical examination. She may need antibiotics and systemic steroids too.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your daughter. Thanks.

Can you send me a prescription if I need one?

Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I can give you the brand names but sorry to say but I can't give you prescription. This is not allowed and not valid through this site.
Trade name is foracort respule. I don't know if it is available in US without prescription.
Foracort is having both formoterol and budesonide.
If foracort is not available then you can ask by drug names (formoterol and budesonide).
