Brief Answer:
Visit a hospital and get her nebulized

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. Most often such symptoms are due to viral infections and antibiotics are ineffective in such cases. You may need to nebulize the baby with bronchodilators like levolin. In absence of wheezing you may give steam inhalation to your child. Water vapor will reach deep inside and would help in diluting the cough and thus would provide relief. You need to give paracetamol or acetaminophen to bring down the temperature. If crocin (paracetamol) is not effective in bringing down the temperature, you need to use Meftal-P (mefenamic acid) which is more effective but may not be available without prescription. Also use tepid sponging. Giving some antiallergic like Lazine-M will take care of the allergic component.

Please be patient, it should spontaneously resolve in 5-7 days.
