Brief Answer:
Kindly find the details below

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi & Welcome.

Thanks for posting your query on healthcare magic.

Based on the history you seem to have allergic problems involving her sinuses, nose and now the airways which has resulted in wheezing.

1. Duolin which contains Ipratropium Bromide and Salbutamol which are bronchodilators (drugs which open the narrowed airways).

Each 2.5 ml unit-dose vial of Duolin contains: Salbutamol 1.25 mg & Ipratropium 500 mcg. One respule to be taken 3-4 times a day in the nebulizer.

2. Budecort contains a steroid Budesonide which helps in decreasing the inflammation associated with allergies.

Each 2 ml of Budecort contains 1 mg of Budesonide.
The maximum daily dose is 1-2 mg to be taken twice.

Hope this answers your query. However, if you have any follow up query, I shall be glad to answer.
Best regards.
