Brief Answer:
Seems to be candidal balanoposthitis, upload pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints you seem to be having balanoposthitis and the most common cause of this in adults is candidiasis which is a yeast infection.
It is commonly seen in diabetes or persons taking long term antibiotics.
It can also be seen in persons with decreased immunity either due to drugs or some disease.
You can also contract this infection from your sexual partner if she is having history of vaginal discharge and itchinfg.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
