I have reviewed the attached photographs and the hole looks like either a sinus or fistula.
The White thing is looking like an epidermoid cyst.
What is the duration of these lesions?
Are you having any pain, burning or other symptoms associated with them?
Do you have any discharge from the hole?

The small hole is from 1 years ago after I remove some pill in my penis skin by my hand ,also the white thig from one year,there is no any pain ,there is no anydischarge from the hole
