Suggest Treatment For White Sore On The Urethra
Question: I have a white sore on my urethra and a smaller one just to the right of it. They itch horribly. I have some white discharge with no odor. I have just finished a course of Cipro for a UTI. - Recently (withing the last 2 weeks) was fully tested for all STDs and results all came back negative. The sores did not appear until after my doctor visit.

The presence of severe itching, white discharge, apperance despite having antibiotics indicate high possibility of yeast infection. This is posdible as antibiotic suppress the growth of normal bacteria thus allowing opportunistic infections such as yeast.
In my view there is need for further evaluation and treatment of yeast infection with antifungal medications.

I was on Diflucan while on the Cipro though. Also, the discharge is much thinner than that of a yeast infection. My concern is what could be causing the canker sore looking white sores. They are painful as well as itchy. But again, I was tested across the board for all STDs, so I'm confused and concerned.

Since fluconazole (antifungal) is already used and the the consistency of discharge is much thinner than yeast infection we need to reconsider diagnosis of STD. I understand that you got tested negative for STD but as you know no test is 100 % confirmatory. It will be appropriate if you can get rested for STD specially chlamydia and gonorrhea.
Your concern have valid point as the symptoms are clearly indicative of STD.
