Suggest Treatment For White Spot On Tongue After Tongue Biting

Question: I bit my tongue in the same place on two different days. Although that was several days ago, I still have a white spot on the back of my tongue where I bit it. Should I be concerned? What can I do, if anything, to accelerate healing of this spot?

Tongue biting is a natural procedure & it takes time to heal.
For faster healing you need to do diluted hydrogen peroxide mouthwash rinses once a day. If there is any pain then apply numbing agent like dentogel on that area.
Rest all will heal with time.
Maintain proper oral hygiene.
Visit your dentist for further investigation if problem persists.
