Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
As per your complain a white spot on roof of mouth and under the tongue can be probably due to keratosis as fungal infection commonly involves tongue surface .
But for confirmation a biopsy can be done if there is a doubt..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a microscopy of scraping from tongue can be done and if not still confirmed a Biopsy is the best option..
But I would like to relieve you as you need not to be scared as either of conditions are resolvable and are not serious..
Meanwhile start taking medication advised to you..
Hope this helps..
Regards..

mam if it is keratosis ,,do I need to worry abt cancer?because of decayed tooth I use to chew one sided from 3 years ,I had not chewed food from the side where the white spots are other side of jaw is normal,,mam plz help me
Brief Answer:
Keratosis is not cancerous..
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..
As per your complain the white spots can be due to causes like Frictional Keratosis that is a harmless overproduction of keratin layer over the mucosa as a protective phenomena to prevent damage to mucosa with the friction and chemicals..
Other cause can he Leukoplakia that is also over production of Keratin but there is also disturbance in cells known as cell dysplasia..
It is a Precancerous lesion and needs medical assistance but us still curable..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and investigations like Biopsy can be done for diagnosis..
Also I would like to know that do you have tobacco chewing or smoking habits??
Regards..
