Suggest Treatment For Withdrawal Symptoms Of Symbicort And Pulmicort

Inhaled corticosteroid is unlikely to cause withdrawal symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
Withdrawal symptoms are mostly seen with oral steroid (prednisone).
It is extremely unlikely with inhaled corticosteroid.
So better to rule out other causes like lower respiratory tract infection and worsening of bronchitis in your case. As both these conditions cause similar symptoms.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. Chest x ray
3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out lung infection.
PFT is needed to rule out worsening of bronchitis.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.

Thanks.
