Suggest Treatment To Cure Fibroadenoma

Question: Hello..I have a urgent query.i am 40 years and was having lil pain on and off in my breasts so went for a ultrasound today. The reports whereas follows: Fibroadenoma left breast.left breast shows well defined solid lesion at 3 'O'. Clock position it's wider than deeper and measures :9.7 into 6.4 mm. Rest is normal.please tell me what is this n the cure for this.tomm am going for a mammogram.i read on net sometimes it may not be removed or sumtimes it should be removed.is the surgery painful.please advise on the same.

If you are worried about it you can get it removed by surgery but this is not really required. Surgery is usually done under anesthesia so not painful.
