Brief Answer:
try calamine lotion
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to health care magic.
Red patches on skin could be due to prickly heat or allergy.
Calamine lotions like calapure is usually recommended and very safe to be applied on the skin twice a day.
I also advice my patients to take antihistamines like atarax syrup 7ml thrice daily to decrease the itching and redness.
Do ensure that he takes bath atleast twice in a day.
Wishing him speedy recovery.

Do you want to continue with the existing medication like - Applying fuller's earth along with suthol lotion, please advice with the plan.
Brief Answer:
calamine and suthol
Detailed Answer:
Avoid fullers earth. It wouldn't help much rather it may increase the rash.
Suthol is antiseptic lotion which can be applied . Once or twice a day, but give a gap of two hours between calamine and suthol.
