Suggest Treatment To Cure Swelling On Face
Question: I got hit.In the face on right side it don't hurts .my right side of my face is swelling. What to di or what can I take for the swelling to go down

It all depends on how much was the force of injury/ is the skin intact/ is there any associated problem like nasal bleeding, eye problem/ Was this an assault or was an accident? Does this need a medico-legal assistance?
You can of course take OTC Ibuprofen thrice daily with Ranitidine
Yet, the best way is to consult a Doctor as the nature, associated problems can be well assessed. If required the necessary investigations like CT scan can be carried out
This is a facial injury so utmost care should be taken as we as a Doctor think, facial injuries need best care in female patients. If an injury to the skin , you need a proper stitching and antibiotics ( these are prescription medicines and need to be written by your Doctor).
Till then you can go for cold fomentation with an ice-pack.

It was a punch it don't hurts my eyes is red around it been putting ice on it and warm towel

If the eye is red it is possible to have a fracture and it is better to be seen by a Doctor and may be an X-ray or better a CT scan to rule out fracture and an Ophthalmologist's Check up to make sure the eye is normal.
