Brief Answer:
She may have anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
She may have moderate anemia, so that she looks pale and feel weakness. She may have iron deficiency anemia most likely. However possibility of vitamin b12 or folic acid deficiency is also there. She may have some other cause also.
she should go for complete blood count, peripheral smear examination and anemia profile. If you have done blood tests then please upload on right side of your dashboard.
She should take treatment accordingly.
If she is suffering from iron deficiency anemia then iron rich food and oral iron supplements will be helpful. Like wise vit b12 or folic acid supplements is needed if deficiency is there.
Consult your doctor and start treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
You can take ferrous sulphate or multivitamin.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

As I said earlier she may have either iron deficiency anemia or vit b12 deficiency or some other cause.

For iron deficiency anemia she can take iron rich food like dates, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, jeggary etc. She can also take oral iron supplements like ferrous sulphate or ferrous fumarate once or twice a day. Or injectable iron like iron dextran or iron sucrose (According to blood test values)
Dosage and duration of treatment depends on severity of anemia and her hemoglobin level.

For vit b12 deficiency she can take oral multivitamin tablets or vit b12 injection.
It should be taken on prescription only.
Consult your doctor find the cause of anemia and start treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using
