Also today I've been vomiting much bile an can feel it rising in my throat burning in my esophagus pain on my right side kinda up high not server pain just a little ache.
Brief Answer:
Duloxetine or pregabalin may be used.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your discomfort on account of pain, due to cervical disc disease and Lhermitte's sign.
Gabapentin is a good drug, however, 1800 mg is a pretty high dose. So, I agree that you should not take more than that. Since you are wheelchair, there is no risk of falling, however, you may feel dizzy or buddy if you take higher dose than that.
So, you can take other effective medications such as duloxetine or pregabalin, which are also very effective in controlling neuropathic pain.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Would someone please answer my second question about vomiting the bile it happened again today is this serious or just heartburn??
Any thoughts would be appreciated, Thank you for your time XXXX
Brief Answer:
Seems related to heart burn.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
The second problem seems related to the heart burn or acidity.
You would benefit from taking rabeprozole tablets to reduce the heart burn and ondansetron tablets to prevent vomiting.
Best wishes,
