Brief Answer:
Details below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
XXXXXXX Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) has recommended vaccination schedule as a routine for all children and another list of vaccines given under special circumstances to high risk children.
The routine vaccination should be given to all children.
Few of vaccines which are recommended by IAP are not included in vaccination schedule of Government of India(for all socioeconomic group and overall population) , but this does not means that those vaccines are not important.
Hereby I am providing the list of routine vaccination as per different age
At birth - BCG (Tuberculosis), OPV(oral polio vaccine), Hepatitis B 1st dose
At 6 week- DPT(Diphtheria, Pertussis and Tetanus)
HiB(For hemophelus influenzae)
Pneumococcal vaccine(For
Streptococcus pneumonae)
Rotavirus(For Rotaviral diarrhea)
Injectable polio vaccine, IPV for polio
At 10 week- second dose of DPT, HiB, Pneumococcal, Rota virus, IPV
At 14 week- third dose of DPT, HiB, Pneumococcal, Rota virus, IPV
At 6 month - Hepatitis B, OPV
At 9 month- Typhoid conjugate vaccine, MMR(Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
At 12 month - Hepatitis A
At 15 month- Varicella vaccine(For chicken pox),MMR second dose, Pneumococcal
At 16- 18 month- Booster dose of DPT, HiB,
At 18 month- Hepatitis A second dose
At 2 year- typhoid conjugate booster dose
At 4-5 year- second booster of DPT, OPV, Varicella, MMR
At 10 year- Tdap and HPV (for cervical cancer)

Repeat dose of different vaccines are needed to boost the immunity.
Here I am not giving the another list of vaccines given under special circumstances as this is needed in high risk children only.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
