Brief Answer:
Please provide more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I appreciate your concern for your father.
35% functioning of heart is towards lower side of normal functioning of heart.
Exercise tolerance can be increased by step by step increase in intensity and duration of the exercises.
However if you can provide me more details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Any medical documents related to by pass surgery,
Why he underwent by pass surgery?
Please upload me a latest echocardiography report.
Please write back to me with these so that I will be able to tell you more precisely
Waiting for your reply
Best wishes

Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details
Once heart functioning decreases, it can be augmented with certain drugs like digoxin group of drugs and regular check up by a cardiologist.
In my opinion you should book an appointment with a cardiologist in your city with all the medical documents and reports, for physical examination and further course of action.
Another way is to doing exercise and rest at various length if time, gradually he can increase the duration and intensity of exercise, best way of doing is walking or swimming.
Hope this answers your question
