Suggest Ways Of Conceiving When Having Cysts In Both Ovaries

Question: I am trying to convince have cyst in both ovaries. Rest hystoscopy reports say endometium normal and uterus normal. Doctor has advised donor egg use. I am unsure as i want to know if we can extract my egg and try first time. Please suggest

I understand you have been advised for donor egg IVF.

Please give me additional details i am asking below which will help me in advising you in detail:

1) What is your age?

2) Please scan and upload copies of FSH, LH and AMH blood test reports.

3) Scan and upload copy of ultrasound scan done in beginning of the period. Please attach scan copies also if you have.

4) Please tell me more about your past treatment history. How many IVF or IUI are tried . How many eggs were obtained.

5) Is there history of abortions.

6) Which IVF centre in which city has advised donor egg IVF.

Age 32 yrs. No previous attempts with fertility treatment. 2 laproscopic surgery done to remove cyst from the ovary 2010 and 2012. Never concieved and no abortions.based near XXXXXXX . 2 reports attached. thank you hope to get your opinion now

AMH 0.10 ng/ml. Day 2 FSH 6.11 mIU/ml. Day 2 E2 267.98pg /ml. Size of ovary in 3D ultrasound right- 5.2x3.0cm left- 4.9x3.1cms. Cysts 37x22mm and 43x23mm stroma normal. Utrus size 8.7x5.0x4.6 cms. Normal and clear. Pouch of XXXXXXX clear. Normal endometium cavity. Hysteroscopy done day7 report. Cervix , canal, cavity normal. Axis A/v UCL -7cms. Distention media RL. Right left BL ostia seen. Cavity detail - minimal fundal fibrosus. Diagnosis. primary infertility. Right now suggested donor egg. Medication started tab dunac tab ciplox500mg. Tab progynova 2mg 2tabxBD for 21 days. Tab primolute after 21 days of progynova for 7 days.

Hi

Your AMH levels are low and thats the reason probably you were advised for donor eggs. But your FSH levels seem to be fine and ultrasound appears to be ok. I doubt AMH accuracy in your case.

I think you can go ahead with your own egg once and if no eggs are produced, then you can consider option of donor eggs.

Please take second opinion from another IVF centre before proceeding with donor egg IVF
